               RE: The led display will be controlled via a software. Before delivery, our engineer will very well program &setting the screen and safe the setting in the display and the end users could have an turn-key led display.

               Q2: What the software your company uses for your product?
               RE: We mainly use Novastar / Colorlight and Linsn.

               Q3: What about the lead time ?
               RE: Our regular production time is 15-20normal days against advance payment, for huge quantity, please check with our sales manager.

              Q4: Do you have any MOQ limit for Led display order ?
              RE: Module sample is accepted in our company, so we don't have MOQ request for led displays.

              Q5: What is the warranty for your led display?
              Re: The standard warranty is 2years, while it is possible to extend the max. warranty to 5years with extra cost.

              Q6:What after service can provide?
              Re: We have professional engineers providing?24h online technical support and by email; We also send technical personnel to the scene in customers                significant  activities.

              Q7: How to be our distributor?
              Re: Please check with our sales manager for details.
 
             Q8:How to maintenance led screen?
             Re: In usually every year to maintenance led screen one time, clear the led mask, checking the cables connection, if any led screen modules fail, you can replace it with our spare modules

             Q9: What if I don't know how to install the screen?
                a. We will provide your details drawing for installation led screen, But you need provide us on-site picture for installation place.
                b. We provide training 2 people in the factory for free.
                c. We can send our engineers to your country to guide how to install the screen.

            Q10. What if I don't know how to maintain the screen?
                    We will provide you with operation manuals and software when you place an order, and we can help you debug remotely.
